Context

Company of the TEXA Group since October 1, 2015, Eurisk offers a complete range of services in the area of expertise in damage / construction and construction insurance. EURISK is based in 40 sites in mainland France and overseas. It is made up of 350 employees, including 170 construction experts, who carry out more than 45,000 missions per year. 

Challenge

As part of its drive for digital transformation, Eurisk wants to acquire a tool for the client / partner extranet. The purpose of this extranet is to process, from A to Z, the process of managing a claim file, from its declaration by the client, until payment of the bill of fees. 

Objectives

Offer a new service to its customers to benefit from a competitive advantage vis-à-vis the market. 

To have a centralized tool, interfaced to the business core IT. 

Build independently on the Simplicité platform to evolve the application and respond to customer requests on a daily basis.
