Context

Created in 2011 by Baptiste Bayart, 2B’Fresh is a young company that distributes ultra-fresh Japanese food products to small and medium-sized stores. It offers ultra-fresh and qualitative single-serving meal solutions. His profession imposes to him strong constraints in terms of logistics (orders, deliveries) to guarantee the freshness of the products.

Challenge

Companies in hyper-growth (startups) are very quickly exposed to critical problems likely to jeopardize their activity. One of the major risks for the company can come from an operation still too largely manual and relying on an office tooling not allowing to absorb the growth and too often source of errors.
